Storage, a laundry room and a maid’s room are tucked away along one corner, with a separate service access.

Travertine and marble are used throughout, with bronze accents. All bathroom fittings are by Gessi and Toto along with Agape tubs. Smart lighting by Lutron helps to control the ambience in each room, with Lasvit lighting used in key areas.

Designed for a life of leisure, the Four Seasons complex contains public and private lounges, a spa, wellness facilities and sports facilities including tennis and padel courts. A Residences General Manager oversees the entire living experience, which includes a full complement of signature services along with a la carte options such as housekeeping and gardening.

Saadiyat Island is one of Abu Dhabi’s key cultural hubs and is home to the capital’s Louvre and Guggenheim museums, as well as the Zayed National Museum. Saadiyat Beach is an emerging relaxation hub with private beaches and its own golf club. The Abu Dhabi mainland and destinations like Al Maryah Island are conveniently accessible by road.

تم استخدام حجر الترافرتين والرخام في جميع أنحاء المنزل، مع لمسات برونزية أنيقة. جميع تجهيزات الحمامات من ماركات "جيسي" و "توتو" و "أغابي". نظام الإضاءة الذكي من "لوترون" يتيح التحكم في أجواء كل غرفة، بينما تم استخدام معدات إضاءة من "لاسفيت" في المناطق الرئيسية.
