His current mandate sees him working in close partnership with Roly Ingleby-MacKenzie as part of a senior specialist team providing a joined-up service across Prime Central London and the UAE, with a particular focus on Abu Dhabi, where they oversee luxury resales and off-plan opportunities. Their strategic collaboration assists clients with the acquisition of residential assets between the UK and UAE markets, offering informed and trusted cross-border advice, supported by deep local knowledge, relentless drive and sincere character.
While operating in Prime Central London, Fehd specialised in the sale of properties in excess of £5 million across Mayfair, St James’s, Connaught Village, Soho, and Covent Garden. He advised on several landmark transactions and achieved some of the highest values across many of London’s most affluent postcodes.
Fehd’s formative years saw him advise clients across Putney and Fulham before transitioning into the PCL market in 2011, and later joining Strutt & Parker’s Chelsea office in 2016. He moved to Savills in 2021, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become co-head of the Mayfair Sales Team. He also advised a range of leading institutional and private clients, as well as other industry-leading developers.
Outside the realm of real estate, Fehd enjoys travelling and motorsports – particularly Formula One.
