The layout is very thoughtfully planned, with a spacious living and dining room along one side of the home and the bedroom suite set along the other side. A semi-open kitchen adjoins the living area, mirroring the bedroomâ€™s en-suite. Extending behind the villa is a large wood-floored terrace with a lounge and swimming pool, with an open-air shower concealed amidst a copse of nearby trees for additional privacy. Hidden storage areas are well-integrated into the floor plan.

Nujuma is one of only six Ritz-Carlton Reserves around the world and the only one in the Middle East. It is situated on the Ummahat Islands, roughly 26 km from the Saudi coastline. Only accessible by boat or seaplane, it is one of the most exclusive destinations in The Red Sea.
