Positioned on the hillsides above Agios Romanos and Vourni on Tinos, Petra Mare is a contemporary residence designed by architect Aristides Dallas, shaped by the island’s terrain, climate and expansive Cycladic views.
Currently under construction and scheduled for completion before the end of 2026, the property occupies a naturally elevated setting where the landscape unfolds towards the sea and the changing light becomes an integral part of daily life.

Extending across 190 sqm (2,045 sq.ft.) of interior living space with approximately 200 sqm (2,153 sq.ft.) of terraces and outdoor areas, the residence is arranged as two interconnected volumes that follow the contours of the hillside.
Built from stone and integrated into the terrain, the architecture is intentionally restrained, with low horizontal lines, planted roofs and carefully considered proportions allowing the house to settle naturally into its surroundings.
