Delino occupies an elevated position above Parikia, set into the hillside beneath the area of the ancient Temple of Apollo.
Designed as a contemporary semi-subterranean residence, the property follows the natural contours of the terrain, allowing the architecture to become part of the landscape rather than sit separately within it.

The elevated western orientation provides open views across Paros Bay towards the sea and surrounding hills, while the changing light of the evening becomes a defining feature of the setting.
Currently under construction and scheduled for completion at the end of 2026, the residence has been conceived with a strong emphasis on integration, privacy and connection to its surroundings.
